When will I receive my winnings?

Can I withdraw the bonus I have in my account?
Bonus money cannot be withdrawn. However, you can always withdraw the cash in your account even if you still have a bonus balance. Please note that the bonus will be removed when you withdraw and this cannot be undone. If you have not yet completed the wagering requirements for the bonus active on your account, your pending winnings will be removed alongside the bonus amount when you request a withdrawal.
